Ingredients

    1 small diced fresh jalapeno
    1 can drained yellow corn
    1 can drained and rinsed black beans
    1 can drained diced tomato (fresh diced tomato is so much better)
    2 diced avocados
    1/2 cup diced red onion
    1/2 cup diced green pepper
    1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp minced garlic
    Juice from a whole lime
    1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing

    ***secret ingredient***
    Shake on some dried Italian herbs

Directions

Toss all ingrediants together and let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.

Serve with tortilla chips, or use as a topping for taco salads, fish tacos, chili or baked potatoes.
