Simple and low Calorie but it has everything and will satisfy you.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped lettuce (whatever kind you like)
    3 halved cherry tomatoes
    2 tbls cup chopped carrots
    1 small mushrooms chopped
    1 oz Smithfield Rotisserie flavored chicken breast
    1 tablespoons 2% kraft cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons cucumber

    2 tablespoons portman light italian dressing (this one only has 10 caloies for every 2 tablespoons)

Directions

Chop all veggies put into a bowl or on a plate top with cheese and dressing.
