Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 medium onion chopped
    2 large sweet potatoes chopped
    1 medium butternut squash peeled and chopped
    3 small sweet/tart apples such as Pink Lady, chopped
    i medium head cauliflower separated into small florets
    french lentils, rinsed
    i large can Tomato Puree
    i bunch black kale, chopped
    ***Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Coriander to taste

Directions

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces and place in slow cooker with enough water to come halfway up the sides of the pan. Cook for four hours or until done.

Makes eight (8) 3 cup servings
