Ingredients

    2 cups Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
    2 cups Nonfat Cottage Cheese
    1 cup Low Fat Yogurt
    4 cups Whole-wheat Macaroni, cooked
    1 tbsp pepper
    2 tbsp Pimentos, chopped


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
