Ingredients

    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 cup plain bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 Tlbs. dry parsley flakes
    garlic powder
    salt & pepper
    1 can tomato soup

Directions

combine ground chuck, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix well. Pat into 2 loaf pans or 1 small casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 1 hr. About 15 min. before done, spread with tomato soup.
