Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Cups Fat-Free, low sodium, chicken broth
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 Cup chopped celery
    1 Cup chopped onion
    4-6 small turnips, peeled and cubed
    1 Cup chopped carrots
    1 Can diced tomatoes
    1 medium zuchini, chopped or sliced
    1 medium summer squash, chopped or sliced

Directions

Add everything except zuchini and squash to a stock pot and cook until turnips and carrots are tender. Add zuchini and squash and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serves 4.
