Introduction

Ingredients

    3x 200g Tins Corned Beef
    100g Mushrooms Sliced
    1 Leek Sliced
    2 Courgettes Sliced
    2 Knorr Beef Stock Cubes
    200ml Boiling water to make stock
    2 tblsp Worcester Sauce

Directions

1 - Layer in a greased lasagne dish, all ingredients as follows (all sliced)
Bottom - Corned Beef
Next Layer Leeks
Next Corned Beef
Next Mushrooms
Next Corned Beef
Top layer Courgettes
2 - Disolve Stock cubes in boiling water, add worcester sauce. Pour over all ingredients.
3 - Place in oven (Fan 200/Gas 6/400) Covered tightly with foil. Cook for 40 mins.
4 - Remove Cover and cook uncovered for 15 mins to brown topping.
Serve!
