Introduction

A blend of mangos, peaches, blueberries and chocolate to get your sweet fix without worrying about your waistline. A blend of mangos, peaches, blueberries and chocolate to get your sweet fix without worrying about your waistline.

Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped mango
    1/2 cup, chopped peach
    1/2, fresh blueberries
    1 square, finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
    1 cup, light whipped cream
    1-2 cups, skim milk

Directions

Chop mango and peaches into small pieces. Add to blender. Add milk (add more if needed) and ice. Blend. Add blueberries and desired amount of protein powder. Blend until liquified. Add whipped cream and blend slowly. Chop desired amount of semi-sweet chocolate into finely chopped, tiny pieces. Add to mixture and blend. Once mixture is liquid, pour into glass. You may decorate with whipped cream and chocolate if desired. Makes roughly 2 servings.
