    1 T. Olive Oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. mushrooms, quartered
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes, peeled (optional - more if available)
    3 t. chopped garlic
    2 T. Mrs. Dash Italian Medley
    1 t. Worcestershire
    1 t. Splenda
    1/2 t. Black pepper
    2, 398 ml cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added
    1, 796 ml can Alymer Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added


Add oil to pan. Add vegetables in order given straight off the cutting board. Saute until onions are translucent. Add garlic and Mrs. Dash Italian Medley, stir for a minute. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, worcestershire, oregano, pepper and Sucra. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring regularly.
