    Ground beef, extra lean, 600 grams
    Tomato Paste, 1 can
    Primo thick & Zesty pasta Sauce, 1 can
    2 Red Bell Peppers, diced.
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    garlic to taste
    Oregano to taste
    black pepper to taste


heat oil, and saute peppers until soft. remove from heat. brown ground beef, add peppers, spagetti sauce and tomato paste. Heat until boiling, reduce heat to simmer, cook for 10-15 minutes.
