Introduction
This is a very yummy dish!Refried beans and salsa with chips along side or spanish rice with it. Makes a great meal.
(NOTE: I've never written down how much seasonings I use as I don't measure usually, I'm just guessing here, so feel free to add a little more) This is a very yummy dish!

Ingredients
-
Extra Lean Ground Beef - 2 lbs
Ground Cumin - 1 tsp (it says cumin seed, in nutrition, there was no ground cumin so should be the same, I "think"! LOL)
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp
Minced Onions -1 tsp (optional or feel free to add fresh onion)
Corn or Flour Tortillas (I'm not including these, use which ever u wish, corn is healthiest though, I will include how to cook though)
Directions
In medium pan on medium heat, brown beef, watch closely so it does not stick, breaking up the meat as it cooks, I prefer mine really broken up, so that there are no big chunks of meat left in the pan. When meat is 1/2 way browned, but a little bit of pink is left, drain the grease off and then rinse to get any excess grease off.
On low heat, season the meat, mix in the seasonings really good. Once finished, cover with lid.
Now on the tortillas, you can cook them 3 different ways. 1. put in a microwavable dish, the amount of tortillas that you want and just heat them, if you heat the whole package, heat for 4 mins or so. 2. Turn on an outside grill on low heat, put each tortilla on the grill for a few seconds, keep them on there long enough to get hot and slightly browned, not too much or you will burn them. 3. In a skillet on medium heat put 1/4-1/2 (possibly more) of extra virgin olive oil, let oil heat until hot, check with small piece of tortilla, if it starts to fry as soon as you place it in there, then the oil is ready. Place a tortilla in the oil and let fry until slightly browned, if you want the corn tortillas crunchy hold one side of the tortilla with a pair of tongs and fold the tortilla over to make your taco shell, when the tortilla starts cracking, then it is done. (NOTE: Frying corn tortilla's can be a little bit trickier to fry than flour, but with practice it can be done)
Place a tortilla on a plate, put a 1/4-1/2 cup of meat into your taco, add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes & onion (all toppings are optional!). Add salsa for added flavor.
Enjoy!
