I just found this recipe online and tried it. They are phenomenal! Soooo moist and yummy!! Add another 1tsp. of pumpkin pie spice and 1/2tsp of allspice to make them spicier. Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 3 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp
    Cloves, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 Tablespoons
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin, canned 1 1/4 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup

Directions

Whisk all the dry ingredients together. Add all the wet ingredients to the dry, then whisk until fairly smooth batter appears. Fill muffin tins up to the top after you have sprayed them with cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
