¼ cup Flour, white
2 cups Milk, whole
1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
¼ tsp Salt
1 dash Black Pepper
Directions
Melt margarine, add flour and stir until mixed well.
Add milk slowly and stir in until no lumps.
Add cheese and stir well.
Lower heat.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir to mix well.
Serve over vegies.
