Ingredients

    3 Cans Tomatoes
    1 Can Rotel: Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis
    1 3/4 C. Corn, Frozen or Canned
    1Can Kidney Beans
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Pinto Beans
    1 3/4 C. Vegetable Broth
    1. Medium Onions chopped
    3-4 Garlic cloves chopped
    1 packet Taco Seasoning
    1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
    1 T. Chipotle Peppers chopped with adobo

Directions

Add all contents to large pot and let simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Add tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream to taste. **Note any additions will increase the calorie content of the meal.
