Ingredients

bread without crusts: (12 slices)
tuna in brine (1 normal size can)
tabasco (optional)
Fried tomato (Heinz)
butter
4 eggs (2 to boil 2 to wisk)
Cheese singles (1 paquet)
250ml single cream
Directions
For the sauce:
Put tomato and tuna together until mixed. Add tabasco to taste (This is
optional you can put as much or as little as
you want) Once you are happy with the mix and the taste chop the boiled eggs
and mix together with the tomato and tuna
sauce.
Building the cake
Prepare an oven proof dish with butter. Lay the bread (6 slices bottom) (You
may need to cut it to fit the plate, feel
free to play with it until happy)
Cover bread with cheese singles.
Cover singles with the sauce
Lay the bread on top of the sauce.
Whisk two eggs and add the single cream. Stir until everything is well
together. Lay over the bread making sure
everything is covered (if not just move the dish and use your fingers to
press carefully all the corners into the
mixture)
Stick in the oven until golden and set.
Let it cool. (It is important not to eat until cold, it doesn't taste the same)
