Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. salsa
    1/2 c. skim milk
    6 flour tortillas, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 c. shredded cheddar or colby cheese

Directions

Cook ground turkey in skillet over med./high heat until browned. Skim off any fat. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and half the cheese. Spoon into 2 qt. baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 400* F for 30 min. or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese!!
