    * *Tumeric, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Scallions, raw, 4 small (3" long) (remove)
    * Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    * Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

1) Cook quinoa. Cool.
2) Chop all vegetables.
3) Add vegetables to quinoa.
