Ingredients

1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/2 lb Lean Ground Pork
1 large egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers
1 tsp minced Garlic
1/2 cup dry quick cooking oats
1/2 cup Progresso plain bread crumbs
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup Hunt's Ketchup, divided into 1/4 cup portions
1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute onions, peppers and garlic with cooking spray until just soft. Set aside.
Mix ground beef and ground pork together well in a large mixing bowl. Add egg, milk, worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup of the ketchup and mix together.
Next, add the onion/pepper mixture, oats and bread crumbs and mix well.
Use a loaf pan or shape as desired in a glass baking dish. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. At this point you can refrigerate the meatloaf until you are ready to bake it.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 60-80 minutes or until the center is done.
