Ingredients

1/2 C Plain light soy milk
1/3 C Water
1 t instant coffee
1 T Torani's Vanilla Syrup
1 T Dried Blueberries
10 Fresh Blueberries
2 t Sugar Free, Fat Free French Vanilla Powder creamer
1 1/4 T Reddi Whip Light
A Dash Fiber One Cereal, crushed
Directions
Combine powder creamer and granules in 1/3 C warm water. Stir until well combined.
In seperate glass combine, soy milk, and syrup. Pour into blender and add coffee mixture. Add blueberries, both dried and fresh. Blend until well combined.
Either warm, or feel free to add crushed ice.
Top with Reddi Whip Light and sprinkle top with crushed Fiber One.
Enjoy.
