Ingredients

    1 T honey
1 T soy sauce (you can substitute the low-sodium variety)
    1 T Dijon mustard
    1 t garlic powder
1 t extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 c Italian-style bread crumbs
    6 pork loin chops, about 3/4" - 1" thick

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, mustard & garlic powder. Drizzle in the olive oil and incorporate well. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the pork chops or if desired, pour mixture into ziplock bag with the chops and let marinate. Dredge the chops in the bread crumbs, pressing in well. Spray baking dish and place chops in the dish and spray tops with a butter spray (like I Can't Believe It Isn't Butter) to help browning. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until meat is done.
