Ingredients

    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
    1/3 cup flour
    3/4 tsp baking powder
    1 3/4 Tbs butter
    2/3 cup milk
    1/2 salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Spray 9" glass pie pan with cooking spray. Mix spinach, onions and feta in pie plate. Cut the butter together with the dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients with milk and egg, pour mixture over the spinach mixture in the pie pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, let stand 5 minutes before serving.
