Introduction

Meatballs that have a meatloaf taste, and I serve over rice or potatoes Meatballs that have a meatloaf taste, and I serve over rice or potatoes
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Canola Oil to brown meatballs

    Meatballs:
    1 1/2 lb ground lean beef
    1 egg
    1/4 cup of Progresso Bread Crumbs
    (Italian Style)
    1/4 cup quick oatmeal
    2 tsp Beef Soup Base
    1 cup Stewed tomatoes - finely chopped
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder

    Gravy:
    6 cups water
    flour to thicken
    2 tsp Beef soup base



Directions

Mix all of the meatball ingrediants together and make into small to medium balls. I made 16 meatballs. Fry in pan with canola oil to throughly cook the meatballs. Remove meatballs and drain oil from pan. Add water to pan and thicken with flour. Replace the meatballs in the gravy and simmer til ready to eat.
