Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 LB Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Pork Sausage
    16 oz carton Better'n Eggs (egg substitute)
    2 cups Fat Free Milk
    4 oz shredded Reduced Fat Cheese
    6 slices of Western Hearth 12 grain bread (slices cubed)

Directions

Cook Sausage
Mix Ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Set in refrigerator at least 8 hours
Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees
Set out 10 minutes before serving
Cut into 15 squares.
Enjoy!!

    Hi -- I made recipe this AM for a pre-painting party. Everyone LOVED it, ate it ALL and I thought only one pan would be enough! LOL -- next time will be better prepared for hungry workers. What a great casserole. THX! - 10/3/09
