Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Tbls low fat mayonaise (may use 1/2 no-fat greek yogurt to reduce fat content)
    1 Tbl good curry powder
    2 cans drained solid white tuna in water
    1 hard-boiled egg, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/4 cup cooked frozen sweet peas
    1/4 cup chopped sweet onion



Directions

Combine first two ingredients well.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Serve on whole grain bread.
For special treat, place one slice low-fat cheddar on top and broil until bubbly
