Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    All-Purpose Flour 1/3 C
    Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1/3 C
    Wheat Germ 1/2 C
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Oats, 1/4 C
    Almonds finely ground, 2T
    Butter, unsalted, 1/2 C
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 C
    Brown Sugar, 1/4 C, packed
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Beans, great northern, 1/4 C Pureed
    *Chocolate Chips - Nestle Semi Sweet, 1/2 C

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Remove butter from fridge and let soften. In a large bowl combine Flour Blend, baking soda, salt, oats and ground almonds [optional]. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine buttter and both sugars with a mixer until creamy. Beat in egg, vanilla, and Puree. Add dry ingredients and mix on low speed. Stir in chocolate chips (and other optional ingredients: Like walnuts or dried berries).

Make 2-bite cookies by dropping rounded 1/2 teaspoonfuls, spaced 2 inches apart onto a non-stick or parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. Store cookies in airtight container at room temperature.
