Introduction

1.wash butter lettuce head and separate into individual leaves
2. slice turkey breast into matchsticks
3. slice red bell pepper into matchsticks. (it can also be roasted and peeled prior to slicing)
4. slice tomato
6. slice cheese into matchsticks

Ingredients

    1/2 head butter lettuce separated into leaves.
    3 ounces honey roasted turkey breast sliced
    1 roasted peeled (or 1 raw) red bell pepper
    1 peeled cucumber
    1 sliced medium tomato
    2 ounces lowfat cheddar cheese
    2 Tablespoons lowfat Ranch dressing

Directions

Place all ingredients on a plate. To eat put a little bit of each item (cheese, turkey, peppers, tomato and cucumber) inside of a lettuce leaf, spoon some of the dressing on the leaf, wrap up in a roll and eat.
