    1 can pink salmon
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped, seeded
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 T chopped onion
    1 T olive oil
    1 T soy sauce
    1 T black pepper
    2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

mix ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes. eat as a salad, or serve in whole wheat pita pocket
