Introduction

The sauce is very easy to make most of the time is simmering. Tastes great when you want something warm and comforting! The sauce is very easy to make most of the time is simmering. Tastes great when you want something warm and comforting!

Ingredients

Trader Giotto's Organic Spaghetti Pasta, 312 grams

Hunt's Organic Crushed Tomatoes, 2 cup

Trader Joes Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes, No Salt,
    Plus Basil, 2 cups

    Garlic, 3 cloves (minced)

    Olive Oil, 2 tbl

Red Ripe Tomatoes, 24 cherry halved

    Basil, 9 leaves

Pepper, black, fresh ground to taste

Just Tomatoes (Sundried Tomatoes), 54 grams

Directions

In large sauce pan on high heat cover the bottom with 2 tbls olive oil and add garlic. (never know proper wording) Saute till golden brown then turn down heat to med and take pan off heat. Carefully add the two types of canned tomatoes and stir. Add back to heat and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly.
Turn heat down to a simmer and stirr occationaly till it reaches a simmer as to not burn the sauce. Add black pepper and halved cherry tomatoes (for variety I'll use orange and yellow as well as red cherry tomatoes). Simmer for 40 minutes.

Prepare pasta per package directions.

Take Fresh Basil leaves and crunch in your hands to bruise release flavor more. Then roll leaves tight and slice. Slice up sun dried tomatoes and put a side.

When sauce and pasta is done dish up and garnish with basil and sun dried tomatoes.
