Yummy lil' muffins that keep you happy. Yummy lil' muffins that keep you happy.
Number of Servings: 12


    1. one egg
    2. 1 cup of low fat granola ( I used Back To Nature Classic Granola [1 cup = 400 cal.])
    3. 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick ( Mix only)
    4. 1/3 raisins ( not packed)
    5. 2/3 cup 1% milk
    6. 2 T. money


1. Heat oven to 400F. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or place paper baking cup in each muffin cup.
2. Beat egg slightly in medium bowl. Stir in Bisquick, granola, raisins, milk and 2 tablespoons honey just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
3. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with additional honey.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft) Use paper baking cups.

  • Very tasty treat. I substituted a couple things like the egg for egg whites, the granola for Vanilla Crunch by Bear Naked and the skim milk for Vanilla Soy milk.
