Ingredients

1 Cup Warm Water
2 1/2 Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
3 Tablespoons Flax Seed-ground (optional)
2 Tabelspoons Light Brown Sugar
2 Tabelspoons Honey
2 Tabelspoons Oil (Grapeseed is excellent)
1 Tabelspoon Soymilk or Milk
1/8 Teaspoon Ginger Powder (just a pinch)
1/4 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten (helps with the texture)
3/4 Cup Barley Flour (keeps the bread soft)
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients in bread machine as listed. I use the "Light" setting on my Breadman machine.

This is really good bread and, as advertised, stays nice and soft. I've made a regular machine loaf, dinner rolls, and an artisan-style loaf and they've all been great! I have found that I need to add up to 1/4 cup more water than it calls for, but that may be due to dry winter climate. - 12/29/14

Thanks, glad you enjoy it in so many different ways!! I will have to try the dinner rolls... can't believe I have never tried that!
