Left out ginger and sugar, halved salt. Made dough in machine and baked in oven. Lovely risen loaf, very soft for wholemeal.
I found this too be an excellent bread especially for those with high blood sugar. Like everything else it has to be eaten in moderation because this is a great bread and you could find yourself over indulging. easy to make and very tasty
