Ingredients

    1 c whole wheat flour
    1 c all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    .25 tsp salt
    1 cup sugar
    .25 c evoo
    .25 c unsweetened applesauce
    1 c milk
    aprox 1.5 c frozen berry mix, thawed and coarsly chooped

Directions

mix dry ingredients
stir in wet ingredients
fold in fruit
pour into muffin cups--makes 12 large muffins AND 24 mini muffins
