Ingredients

    Sliced raw bacon 6 ounces
    Diced potatoes 12 ounces
    Leeks 12 ounces
    Butter 2 tbs
    Nonfat milk 1cup
    Nonfat evaportated milk 1/2 cup
    Swanson nonfat chicken broth 2 cups

Directions

Saute bacon and leeks in butter until cooked.
Add broth and potatoes, simmer until potatoes are soft.
Add skim milk and evaporated milk along with whatever seasonings- basil thyme etc...
