Ingredients

    2 lb Round Steak - Sliced thinly
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp garlic
    2 tsp ginger
    1/3 c reduced sodium soya sauce
    Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours stirring occasionally. Lay flat in dehydrator and dry for 6-8 hours.

    Store Jerky in refrigerator. Yummy!
