Introduction

Ingredients

    15 oz. Beef, Sirloin, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 Medium Onion, chopped
    2 Cloves Garlic, minced
    1 10.5 oz. Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 tsp. Dried Rosemary
    1 tsp. Dried Basil
    1 tsp. Dried Bay Leaf
    1 tsp. Oregano
    3/4 Cups Sour Cream
    12 oz. Uncooked Egg Noodles

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Cook Egg Noodles according to packaging directions. Drain.

Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add spices and soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream. Heat, do not allow to boil. Serve hot over egg noodles.
