Ingredients

    3 TBSP Soy Sauce
    1 medium orange squeezed for juice
    1 tsp brown sugar
    2 tsp corn starch
    2 medium red peppers diced
    2 TBSP vegetable oil
    1 large steak cut into strips
    1.5 cups broccoli florettes
    1 cup baby corn diced
    1 cup scallions diced

Directions

Mix soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and corn starch and set aside.

Heat oil in frying pan or wok and add beef. Cook until browned. Drain off any liquid.

Add in all vegetables and cook until slightly soft but still crunchy.

Add orange juice mixture and cook, stirring often until thickened.
