Ingredients

    1 Large Egg, lightly beaten
    1 Cup Flour
    1 Pkg Active Dry Yeast
1 Pkg Butter Cake Mix, Dry, Separated
1 Can (21 Ounces) Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling (no sugar added)
    2/3 Cup Warm Water 120'-130'
3/4 of a miniature box of raisins
    3 Tsp Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp Margarine Light, Cold

    *Glaze may be omitted*
    *3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
    *3/4 Tbsp Light Corn Syrup
    *2 Tbsp Water

*Calories with glaze would make it: 212.7 for 16 servings

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'F

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, egg, yeast, water, and 1-1/2 cups of the cake mix. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.

Top with apple pie filling, raisins and brown sugar. Leave 2 inches away on each side.

In a separate bowl combine remaining cake mix and margarine. Cut in until crumbly. (You can always add an extra 2 1/2 Tbsp margarine or butter, for more crumble just add the extra calories) Sprinkle on top of apples.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until light and bubbly or until center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack and either top with the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, corn syrup and water and then drizzling on top of the cake or just top with cool whip, ice cream or some caramel.

ENJOY!!!!!
