Introduction

Ingredients

    extra-lean ground turkey (20 oz package)
    olive oil - 2 tbsp
    fresh spinach, chopped - 2 cups
    whole wheat bread - 1 slice crumbled
    egg white - one egg white (use a whole egg if you prefer)
    garlic - 2 cloves
    oregano - 2 tsp.
    garlic powder - to taste
    salt - to taste
    pepper - to taste

    Serves 6

Directions

Mix ingredients together and form into hamburger patties. Press thin and fry up in a pan with a little cooking spray (I use an olive oil mister.) Enjoy!
