My meat loaf made with Oatmeal My meat loaf made with Oatmeal

Ingredients

    1.5# ground round steak, .5# ground pork, 1 raw egg, 1 pack Lipton Onion Soup Mix, 2 tlb Ketsup, 2/3 c of instant oatmeal, mixed seasoning to taste. ( I use Mortons)

Directions

Mix ingrediants and make loaf. Place in small Roasting Pan, add 1 cup water and 2 beef boullion cubes. can sprinkle seasoning on top. Cover and bake @ 350 for 60 min.
