Ingredients

    Sugar, brown sugar, eggs, egg substitute, canola oil, apple sauce, vanilla, shredded zucchini, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, baking powder

Directions

mix wet ingredients in standard mixing bowl. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured standard loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Test with tooth pick. Remove loaf from pan after 10 minutes.
