Ingredients

    13 oz frozen cheese ravioli
    2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Olive oil
    3/4 Cp chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 teaspoons rosemary
    1 large yellow bell pepper
    20 oz fillet Mignon or beef chuck
    1.5 Cp frozen green beans
    .5 Cp red wine vinegar (didn't add above as is 0 calories)


Directions

1) Chop and saute onion, garlic, rosemary, and bell in oil til softened.

2) Add beef and cook til browned.

3)Add tomato and red wine, heat to boil, reduce, cover, simmer 45 - 60 minutes.

4) Add green beans and ravioli, increase heat and cook 10 more minutes, serve.
