Ingredients

    4 T Butter
    3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
    2 Cans Mixed Vegetables
    2 14 oz. Chicken Broth
    1 20 oz. White Kidney Beans (Cannelini)
    1 14.5 oz. whole tomatoes
    1 12.5 oz. stewed tomatoes
    1 Package Frozen Chopped Spinach
    2 T. tomato paste
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    2 t. chopped parsley
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    1/2 t basil
    1 14.5 oz Can Garbanzo Beans
    3/4 Cup Elbow Macaroni
    1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Saute onions in butter. Add all other ingredients except for garbanzo beans, macroni and parmesan cheese; cook for 1.5 hours. Use stick blender until chosen consistency. Add macaroni, garbanzo beans and parmesan cheese; cook 15 minutes more.
