Introduction
We didn't feel like cooking potatoes or macaroni to make a salad to go with our half subs, so we came up with this out of the cupboard instead. Not bad for a quick throw together! Ingredients

1 15 oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
8 oz canned peas
1/3 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil
1 oz crumbled Athenos reduced fat Feta cheese
1/2 tsp curry powder
Cracked pepper to taste
Directions
Can't get a lot simpler than this one:
1) Open cans.
2) Drain and rinse peas
3) Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder and pepper
4) Sprinkle with Feta cheese
5) Serve at room temperature or chilled, whichever you prefer.
Makes six 1/2-cup servings. Perfect with cold supper like a sandwich, sub, or cold vegetable soup.
