Introduction

A lighter, chewier version of a chocolate-oatmeal cake... Very 'brownie-like'....Haven't tried to make it with Splenda & Splenda Brown Sugar instead of the regular sugars-brown & granulated ...Maybe I'll try that next! Ingredients

    Liquid egg substitute- .50 cup
    Cinnamon, ground. 1 tbsp.
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .67 cup
    Baking soda, 1.5 tsp.
    Semisweet chocolate mini-chips, 1 cup
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1tbsp.
    Brown sugar, packed, .75 cup
    Granulated sugar, .50 cup
    Flour, white, 1.75 cup
    Quaker Oats-Quick 1 Minute, dry, 1 cup


Directions

Mix all ingredients & pour into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 min....but check after 20 min. Cool in pan & cut into 24 pieces.
