Ground beef, extra lean, 32 oz
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 5 cup, pieces or slices
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Aylmer diced tomatoes, 28 oz
Beans, red kidney, 4.75 cup
Tomato sauce, unsalted, 28 oz
Chilli Powder, 8 tsp (to taste)
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat olive oil in large pot.
Add hamburger and cook until no pink.
Add mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and corn; cook on medium heat until mushrooms begin to soften.
Add green peppers; cook 2-3 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, and spices.
Simmer on medium-low for 30 minutes.
