    Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), 4 Serving (remove)
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, .5 cup (not packed) (remove)
    *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix Jello as listed on package. Add pineapple, cottage cheese and pecans. Cool until gels, about 4 hours.
