I used thin cut beef and put it on skewers in a ribbon pattern. I also add pineapple interlaced. It was really, really yummy. I planned to make it again and use other veggies to make shishkabobs. Oh, also I used ground ginger in a tube. Many grocery stores are carrying fresh herbs in tubes. - 12/3/07

It makes a really good starting point for a beef stir fry. Just add some vegetables and rice and you're done. - 7/17/07
