Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cod fillets
    1 can tomatoes
    100ml water
    1tsp paprika
    1tps ground cumin
    2 cloves garlic
    1 red pepper
    chunk of ginger

Directions

chop the ginger and onion and add to oil in the pan. Cook for about a minute.

Add the tomatoes and water.

Chop the pepper and add to the stew and lastly add the fish, cut into chunks. You could add some hot pepper sauce or a chilli to give some heat if you prefer.

It also works well with smoked fish
