Coleslaw :
white wine vinegar
granulated sugar
salt
ground black pepper
Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
teaspoon celery seed
tri-color coleslaw mix
Sloppy Joes:
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
chopped yellow onion
lean ground beef (93% lean)
Pork and Beans, drained
Manwich® Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
8 whole wheat hamburger buns
Directions
Prepare Coleslaw: Stir together vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard and celery seed in medium bowl. Add coleslaw mix and toss to combine; set aside.
Prepare Sloppy Joes: Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Add ground beef and cook 7 minutes or until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
Add drained beans and Sloppy Joe sauce to beef; heat until hot.
Place 1/2 cup meat-bean mixture on each bun. Serve sandwiches with coleslaw.
Makes 8 servings (1 sandwich and 3/4 cup coleslaw each)
