Ingredients

1 # Hamburger, browned
3 C Great Northern Beans, cooked w liquid
1/2 C Onion, chopped
6 oz can Tomatoe Paste
2 T Cider Vinegar
1 T Molasses
1 T Honey
1 T Dry Basil leaves
1Pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (240g/8.5 oz)
1/2 C Water
1/2 C Cheddar cheese, shredded--divided
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
Combine tomatoe paste & spices with browned hamburger, mixing well.
Add beans, place in 1 1/2 qt greased baking dish.
Bake 15 min. til bubbly.
Meanwhile in bowl, , stir together muffin mix, water, and 1/2 cheese. Drop by spoonfuls over bean mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C shredded cheese.
Bake 15 minutres until topping is golden and cooked through.
Let stand 10 min. before serving. If desired sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
